Convenient location in Waikiki
San Francisco US, 03. April 2024 Stayed for 30 days in March, 2024We had a 30 day stay in this convenient one bedroom condo. It fit all our needs throughout our stay. The furniture (beds and livingroom chairs) are worn and could use an update but for the price it was right so it’s hard to complain. We would stay here again.

OTSU Japan, 17. March 2024 Stayed for 30 days in January, 2024バス停が近く、何処に行くにも便利でした。少し歩けばビチにもマーケットにも行けます。ワイキキなのにとても静かで落ち着けました。洗濯機、乾燥機があって便利でした。オットマンも最高でしたが、壊れた家具もありました。部屋はプール/リクレーションフロアと同じ6階にあるので近くて便利でした。エレベータは時間によって20分以上待つことも数回ありストレスでした、

The condo is 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from grocery store.Also the condo is located on the same floor as pool, hot tub ,BBQ. The condo is very clean with adequate supplies . If the future it could use some upgrades on mattress and recliner. But it’s worked for us . Another thing we really liked is the in suite washer and dryer. The Bayan also has a convenient store and a coffee shop. The check in was very simple.

共有のバーベキューグリルは有料。
立地は最高。
エレベーターがなかなか来ない。
駐車場は1台無料。
共有スペースに浄水器や製氷器が無い。

Great stay at great location
San Francisco US, 02. October 2022 Stayed for 30 days in August, 2022We stayed in the1 bedroom condo #607 at Waikiki Banyan. It was on the same floor as the swimming pool so it had a nice indoor/outdoor feel once walking out the door. The condo was comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Another plus was a washer/dryer in the unit and free parking with a parking pass. We stayed 30 days and were quite comfortable there. It is one block to the beach and on the quieter end of Waikiki. The only down side was the view from the lanai was a parking lot and both double beds could use new mattresses.

ワイキキからは少し離れているので、お天気の悪い日は不便です。あとロケーションは良くないです。お洗濯が部屋で出来るのは嬉しいです。 -

クーラーを利用すると今までより騒音が高くラナイがプールのようになりラナイに出るとき注意が必要でした。 -
落ち着く場所

今年の滞在は天候が悪くコンド内で過ごす時間が多かったのですが、不思議と音楽を聴いたり、読書したりと、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。
北側の低層階もポイントが高いです。暑くも眩しくもなく、エレベーターもすぐつきますから。室内に洗濯機と乾燥機がある点も良い所です。毎日のように洗濯していました。タオルやシーツも清潔な状態で使えました。
困った点はベットの片側がへたれ気味で、寝る時には反対側に寄って寝なくてはならなかったこと。_ -

Nice apartment to stay in Waikiki area
