Foster Tower is located steps away from beautiful Waikiki beach. This is a one bed room unit in a highly desirable building and location. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and immediate access to the beach for surfing, swimming, snorkeling, hundreds of restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium. Foster Tower’s location is hard to beat!
This unit is fully furnished with a California king-sized bed, foldable mattress, cable TV, clothe dresser, washer and dryer, couch, and coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes.
Please note that the beach towels and items are not provided in the unit.
Important Notice:The pool deck will be closed from April 11th 2022. This work will take approximately 10 months to complete, and it will involve noise and dust, unfortunately. (Depending on the work process, the expected finish date may extend.)
The pool will be not available during this period.

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. So much to see and do all at your doorstep. It will be so nice when the pool renovation is finished but the beach is lovely and right across the street! We hope to be back again soon.

My wife and I stayed at the property for 6 weeks in January and February of 2021 and we were very pleased with our stay. In fact, we feel that this place may have spoiled us for all future trips to Hawaii. The location of the condo is perfect. You are close to everything Waikiki has to offer and if you are only staying in Waikiki you can walk everywhere. When you leave the building, you are less than 50 meters from the beach, an ABC store, and several dining options. The beach area was very well maintained, and at least while we were there it wasn't crowded. This was likely due to the decreased tourism during the pandemic, but it was to our benefit. People there generally socially distanced and maintained a polite distance both on the beach and in the water. The unit has stunning views from the lanai, and we spent a lot of time out there watching the surfers come and go. It is also an ideal place for watching the sunset. The lanai alone made the property worth renting, we are very grateful for the time we had staring at the ocean. We found the condo to be very spacious and it had everything that we needed. The pictures of the unit I don't think do it justice. The furniture is a little dated, but everything was comfortable and met our needs. The lanai faces the rooftop pool and deck of an adjacent hotel. There was often music being played that we could hear from our unit when the windows were open. We quite enjoyed this, but it is something to be aware of. The building security was polite and courteous. We didn't have any issues with checking in/out and found them to be helpful. There is a covered and secured parking spot in the garage that came in handy when we rented a car on the weekends. The building includes an outdoor pool and sauna, but with the proximity to beach, we never felt the need to utilize the amenities. The gym has been renovated. Other areas in walking distance that we enjoyed were Kapi’olani Park and Diamond Head State Mon

We had a wonderful stay at unit 2003 in the Foster Tower, the management staff was excellent and handled a couple of minor issues we had very quickly. We loved the salt water pool and the location can’t be beat. There were just a couple of things that would have made the stay even better. We love to cook and enjoy the views at night and we found the fridge is very tiny for a stay of 30 days or more, the unit was well equipped, however they could use a large salad bowl(we used a pot for our salads every night) and it would be nice if they provided at least salt and pepper. They like you to take the garbage out every day, but only 1 bag was provided. The coffee pot was very old and didn’t shut off automatically. The bed was very hard, I’m not used to that, but some people may like it. Having said all that we throughly enjoyed out stay and will be back next year.

The condo was nice, clean, new updated appliances in fall 2017, new paint through out condo, and new carpet in living and bedroom. It actually looks better in person than the online pictures. The bed was comfortable and there are enough towels, sheets, dishes etc.. for use. The condo has a good sized bathroom with washer and dryer in unit. The lanai has four new chairs and a table- great view of sunset, sunrise, fireworks, and outside. The WiFi, cable TV- with many stations - and a/c all worked great.
The assigned parking space is included in the secure parking garage. This was worthwhile and included in the rate as I needed a car while working in the area. The building has 24/7 security.
Being able to rent this unit at a minimum for 30 days is a great pro, as I was in it for 60 days. The elevators in the building are fast.
The building does monthly water maintenance/ shutoff, but not really a problem as I was out of unit and working during the day.
The pro's out weight the cons, but a few points.
The cons: The living room furniture (sofa, chairs) is OK- good enough for a rental. The a/c units exhaust are on the lanai, which limit one to be on the lanai when the a/c running. The bedroom a/c is next to door, so when its on, the lanai door needs to be closed. Not realty an issue if you like the 20th floor tropical wind and island breeze, turn off a/c until bedtime. Lastly the echo in adjacent hotel's pool area across the street, many floors below, seemed to louder at times in the last few weeks. The hotel's 7-9pm happy hour has pleasant music and right volume from the lanai, but there were a few times the music was loud and awful (couldn't recognize a beat or tune). Need to go up/down half flight of stairs to access parking garage from elevators.
I'd definitely recommend this condo to a couple looking for a nice easy stay in Waikiki and even for hosting short term guests and I hope to stay here again. Thanks so much!

The location of this condo is perfect, and the view is fantastic! The unit is clean, bright and very roomy, exactly as advertised. The management company was very efficient in handling our reservation and our stay. The unit includes a parking space in the secured parking garage, a real plus in Waikiki!
