The building is well maintain and quiet.
Had a minor problem with the stove it’s was fixed right away.
Dealing with owner was very easy.

condo. Though the condo tower is around 60 years old, we found our unit was very clean, well equipped for long stays and relatively quiet. The tower has a high ratio of owner occupied which meant better security and lower tourist traffic and noise. The location is right in the heart of Waikiki with many restaurants, stores and bus services nearby. The weather was very humid during our stay and we found the portable air conditioner could not keep up with the demand. Also he plastic air duct to the a/c needs to be replaced. We would also recommend installing black out curtains in the bedroom to reduce the light and heat. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return to this unit. -

The equipments are fuly satisfying for two persons. The washing machine and the dryer are a real plus. The only downer is the short parking spot which only allows relativly small cars. -
Nice and convenient

My daughter and I spent a month here and supplies are sufficient. All electric appliances are also well maintained, nice feeling when doing "housework", LOL.
The only downside is the carpark which located at the lower floor is too small as part of the parking was being used for building's infrastructure. We didn't rent a car so it's alright but my friend with family members just can't park his car and had to park at the meter.
To sum up, we have good experience here at Seaside Towers and would recommend it to others. -

August 2019 Stayed for 31 days in July, 20191ヶ月滞在しました。お部屋は清潔で快適、場所も便利。駐車スペースは狭いので、レンタカー利用時はコンパクトカーが良い。事前に分かっていたので問題無し。ただ、パーキングから外に出る時もリモコンキーが必要なので、チェックアウト後レンタカーを空港で返却の場合は注意が必要。レンタカーを一旦、シーサイドAvなどに置き、リモコンキー返却の際に再度部屋に戻る必要があります。パーキングスペースは、階下にあります。なので、スーツケースがあると少し大変です。全体的には、大変良いコンドミニアムですので、また機会があれば利用0
