Bedroom has two full size bed and 2 closets for guest convenience, there is also sofa bed for extra guest.
Included with your rental are free local calls, and WiFi Internet, basic cable TV, one free covered parking.
The Royal Kuhio is only two blocks from the world famous Waikiki Beach. Also is located on Kuhio ave, where you can find tons of restaurants and shops.
Activities on property including swimming pool, ping pong, pool tables, exercise room, sports court, BBQ.
Coin operated laundry facility is also located 7th floor, 24hours security for safe stay.
If you use the bus, the stop is right in front of the building.
Please note that the beach towels and items are not provided in the unit.
Important Notice:
The 7th floor recreation deck will be closed for remodeling from February 4th,2019 through Feb 29th, 2020. (Depending on the work process, the expected finish date may extend.)
The pool will be not available during this period. And the exercise room will have limited access.

Great location in Waikiki with a Good View

We walked to everything in Waikiki including beaches, restaurants and shopping. Visited friends who live in Honolulu so they drove us to Diamond Head and farther beaches, but there was a bus and trolley that stopped in front of the building. The condo is very simply furnished and you could hear the nightlife below. Bring quarters if you want to do wash because washers and dryers are coin operated and on a different floor. Enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the lanai.
