**Notice regarding renovations on building exterior walls**
Between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekdays, there may be workers visible from the windows or noise due to renovations being completed on the exterior walls of the building. The estimated completion date is yet to be determined but is expected to be around December 2024.

Please be aware that there may be unscheduled water shut-offs in this building on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.


The Royal Kuhio is located in the heart of Waikiki, on the corner of Kuhio Avenue and Seaside Avenue. The Royal Kuhio is only two blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. It is in the perfect location for a family vacation, for couples, or friends with lots of restaurants and shops nearby!

Enjoy great views of the ocean and city lights from the spacious lanai.
This cute one-bedroom is furnished with island-themed decor with nice comfortable furniture. Enjoy cooking in the full-size kitchen or relaxing in the dining room or living room while watching shows or movies on the flat-screen TV. The living area can be separated from the bedroom area using accordion-style curtains.

    Renovation is perfect, and it is in a very convenient place to go anywhere.
    The price is good. I also want to use it agein.
    One complaint was that the temperature setting of the shower was low and could not be changed, it was very cold.

    We had a great time at the Royal Kuhio and we loved its convenient location.
    One thing that we want the condo to consider is that we have to wash towels and the bed linens before we leave for #3013, whereas other rooms did not require any of such policies. It's a bit cumbersome to run a laundry on the check-out day, and if we can be taken care of about that particular matter, it will be great.
    Otherwise, the property is clean, cozy, and convenient! Thanks as always. We'll come back soon!

    I was enjoy to stay the room. cozy,convenience to go anywhere and good view.But I had a hard time to spend a coin to use washing machine.Repair is necessary?
    Still I want to stay next time,too.

    I went to Waikiki mainly for playing tennis.
    The airconditioner was not working enough for spleeping in comfortable condition. The table cloth material was not looked like clean and not suitable for table cloth. The bird preventing net on the lanai was not good looking, I really could not stay on the lanai comfortable.
